Talent Acquisition and Management
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our IT North America team at Nestlé. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the People Strategies & Plans that attract, develop and retain employees in accordance with the company’s short- and long-term business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and select top talent for the organization.
- Manage the salary administration process to ensure internal equity and fair administration of Nestlé compensation philosophy.
- Provide employee relations guidance and counsel to management and employees, ensuring compliance with local labor law and Nestlé policies.
- Organize and implement training/development programs with COE that meet the goals and objectives of the team/individual.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, acting as HR Generalist / Specialist Role (COE) or Management Position in a corporate, manufacturing plant, distribution center, Sales or DSD Environment.
- Leading/Managing change in a corporate environment.
- Employee relations/coaching experience.
- Project Management.
- Creating/maintaining high performance culture.
- Building engagement & commitment (influencing, coaching, presentation and facilitation skills).
- Creating, analyzing and utilizing metrics to monitor HR effectiveness.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
