Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. As a Medical Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing medical information and documents, processing orders according to customer guidelines, and ensuring timely delivery of medical equipment to patients. You will also be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, communicating with pharmacy departments, and billing insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process medical information and documents
  • Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment to patients
  • Make and receive phone calls to communicate with customers and pharmacy departments
  • Billing insurance companies for services rendered
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a similar role is an asset.
