About the Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in the Order to Cash (O2C) and Purchase to Pay (P2P) department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to provide business insights and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for O2C and P2P processes.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reporting solutions and data visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in reporting tools and technologies, including Hyperion Essbase, SAP Business Objects, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Provide coaching and training to junior team members and act as a mentor and role model.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience in reporting from ERPs like SAP, Peoplesoft, and/or Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivables/accounts payables reporting principles and processes.
  • Ability to use and navigate across various systems and software programs.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting reporting.
  • Experience working with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
  • Advanced skills in reconciling reports for accuracy from data sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with SAP Business Objects and/or SQL.
