About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional people programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic partnerships with business leaders to drive organizational performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver people programs that drive business results.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of people programs and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of talent resourcing and management, organization and change management, leadership, engagement, and culture development.
  • A degree in Business or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in HR, spending most of it in an HR business partnering capacity.
  • Familiarity of local employment-related laws and regulations, and competent experience and understanding of other people functional areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Ability to balance planning and strategizing work with hands-on and practical application, while being comfortable with making independent decisions, evaluating, and managing conflicting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
