Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Visual Merchandising team to implement brand guidelines, projects, and point-of-sale executions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and stakeholders.
  2. Execute brand guidelines across channels according to the brand activation calendar to enhance the brand experience and align with brand activation executions.
  3. Support new point-of-sale openings or remodelings to ensure flawless execution of brand image.
  4. Provide feedback to the market on visual merchandising implementation of campaigns, product availability, floor share, sales-in-store executions, competitors, and market opportunities to improve brand presence at point-of-sale.
  5. Drive on-site input to the sales-in-store platform to produce missing tools at point-of-sale.
  6. Develop and optimize the visit plan of visual merchandisers and promoters according to strategy to maximize brand presence, execution of all campaigns, and increase store key performance indicators.
  7. Act as a business contact for external parties, including agencies and suppliers, to ensure efficiency and consistent messaging.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Strong leadership skills.
  2. Experience in the field and fully qualified/trained.
  3. Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge, including company policies and practices.
  4. Five years of experience.
  5. Minimum one year of informal management experience required.
