About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Cold Caller-Va. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new business opportunities for Atlantis Homebuyers.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential sellers to evaluate their interest in selling their properties.
  • Take detailed notes about the property and the seller situation.
  • Submit leads with accurate and detailed information using our webform.
  • Meet or exceed daily lead generation targets.

Requirements
  • Have a laptop or computer with reliable internet access.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bonuses
We offer flat fee bonuses on top of hourly pay for successful acquisitions made through your efforts.
