We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planning Specialist to join our team at Stryker. As an Inventory Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory levels and supply chain operations in Argentina and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning and Operations team to develop and implement inventory strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Build and manage inventory plans to maintain optimal inventory levels and days of inventory within company targets.
  • Contribute to the development of metrics and visibility of in-transit inventory to enable efficient management.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and mitigate risks and challenges in the supply chain.
  • Develop tools and reports to track inventory, sales, and import levels for critical items and identify trends and anomalies.
  • Proactively alert the commercial area of potential backorders and risks.
  • Support the Operations team in reducing overall customer order cycle-time.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the LATAM region leadership on inventory management and supply chain optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, JDE).
  • Substantial experience in similar roles within large industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
