About the Role

This full-time position is based out of Ciudad de Mexico, MEX, and involves supporting the planning, acquisition, installation, control, management, and maintenance of local and wide area networks, computer systems, software, peripherals, and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Corporate Support Team of Level 3 and Level 4 as necessary
  • Providing site and remote level 2 and 3 supports for hardware and software applications
  • Maintaining IT Assets Inventory up to date using Avantor tools and managing electronic e-waste equipment
  • Complying with SLA (Service Level Agreement) parameters as per established by Corporate in our Avantor IT ticket system
  • Proposing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting improvements in business processes using available IT tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Systems, Communications, and Electronics engineering
  • At least 3-4 years of experience providing IT support
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • CompTIA A+/Network+ certification is desirable
