Key Responsibilities- Equipment Optimization: Oversee equipment adjustments, training, and development of key personnel to ensure proper operation and knowledge are understood and maintained.
- Process Improvement: Propose better operating alternatives and evaluate results to meet defined objectives and expectations.
- Collaboration: Actively participate and contribute with process engineers and welding engineers in silver welding processes and lock ring process.
- Problem-Solving: Solve all problems and situations of subassembly and final assembly in the heat pump lines.
- Process Expertise: Evaluate machinery, equipment, software, and programs associated with the heat pump water heater.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot all issues and problems in heat pump subassembly and final assembly lines.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or training in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and manufacturing.
- Skills: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, bilingual Spanish/English, computer-aided designs, HVAC theory, advanced mathematics, physics, and thermodynamics.
