Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our S4/HANA implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the rollout of our global SAP system in Mexico, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to the S4/HANA template build design team in understanding and designing process requirements that meet country-specific and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with roll-out counterparts from the Mexican plant to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Identify and address local gaps in cooperation with the customer team and IT, and derive target process designs based on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Accompany the realization and testing of the implementation from a business perspective, ensuring that all requirements are met.
  • Prepare and implement specialist workshops, including fit/gap analyses, to ensure successful rollout.
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans, identify and analyze project situations, and establish metrics and work plans.
  • Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback to team members, and motivate them to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA implementation/rollout.
  • SAP S4HANA experience in functional configuration with the SAP Sales, Financial Accounting & Controlling modules.
  • Experience in full end-to-end implementation in SAP roll-out/implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of chart of Accounts, General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Bank transactions/Direct & Indirect Taxes/Fixed Assets, Mexico Localization (CFDi, eAccounting, ePayments), WHT certificates.
  • Experience with DRC solution for e-invoicing solution for Mexico on both AP and AR side (in S4).
  • Exposure to country-specific requirements/New GL will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of CO - Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Internal order accounting.
  • Strong Knowledge on Project Methodologies.
  • Exposure to Cutover strategy, Testing and Migration are mandatory.
  • Strong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activities.
