Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at our delivery center in Mexico. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating agile project management, ensuring smooth team collaboration, and driving process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Facilitate team collaboration, fostering open communication and a culture of continuous improvement

- Provide consultative guidance and technical expertise to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions, driving business value and innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent professional experience
- In-depth experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of success
- Leadership and management experience, with a focus on team facilitation and process improvement
- Excellent people and project management skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
