Service Design Lead Sr

Deintec is seeking a highly skilled Service Design Lead Sr to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from sources of demand and working actively during customer research and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from sources of demand and work actively during customer research and discovery
  • Provide inputs to the agile teams to get the work ready, connects "Continuous Discovery" with "Continuous Integration"
  • Responsible with agile team to slice Potential ideas into smaller pieces of work, identify, find dependencies and risks using a release planning session
  • Formalize User Stories in Jira with the support of the agile team

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency (B2, C1, C2)
  • Formal education and Work experience on business process modeling
  • Systems analysis, and documentation of processes
  • Project management
  • Coordination of activities related to systems development and quality

Desirable:

  • Participated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP)
  • Test on Cloud environments (Azure is a +)
  • Jira, Confluence, Slack
