Supply Chain Project Leader

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Monterrey,

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a key member of the Materials Management Center of Excellence, this role is tasked with delivering best practices and enhancements in Supply, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Detailed Planning for the Kitchen and Bath division on a global scale.

OBJECTIVES
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply, MPS, and Detailed Planning within the Kitchen and Bath group.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify needs and spearhead projects that ensure top-tier processes.
- Work closely with team members to enhance analytics, reporting, and overall processes.
- Pinpoint areas within the supply chain that need focus, assess potential impacts and savings for the organization, and recommend actionable paths forward.
- Oversee adherence to systems, methods, and procedures.
- Participate in the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) to promote improvements.
- Propel Lean Production Planning initiatives across the organization.
- Facilitate Kaizen events.
- Establish metrics to guarantee plant success.
- Cultivate and mentor planning teams throughout the organization.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
- Report directly to the Senior Manager of Materials Management COE.
- Engage with regional Supply Chain Managers, Material Managers, and Operations Directors to develop and refine processes and systems that support manufacturing plants and/or categories.
- Collaborate with Corporate Information Technology and Regional IT Business Solution Managers on project planning, implementation, and system challenges.
- Travel: This position necessitates approximately +50% travel.

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain.
3- Minimum of 3 years of experience interacting with operations across various countries and cultures.
4- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is required.
5- Quick to acquire knowledge, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, reliability, and a positive demeanor.
6- Capable of conducting end-user training with a focus on flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement.
7- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with energy, drive, enthusiasm, and determination.
8- Committed to providing exceptional service, striving for optimal outcomes, displaying curiosity, and taking ownership of responsibilities.
