Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound quality management processes, including MRDR, NCM, and COPQ.
- Resolve quality issues and processes for the supply function in the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and improve quality levels.
- Ensure the reliability and quality of suppliers through process controls, certification programs, evaluations, inspections, corrective actions, audits, and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, or similar.
- Minimum two years of job-related experience.
- Strong ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem-solving tools.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external teams.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
