Job Summary

As a Salesforce developer at Calpion/Plutus Health, you will play a vital role in helping our organization maximize the value of our Salesforce investment. You will create tailored solutions that address unique business needs, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end implementation experience with the Salesforce platform is essential.
  • You should be able to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with development technologies such as Apex is necessary.
  • We are looking for individuals with integration experience using Web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft.
  • Knowledge of security requirements such as single sign-on and data security is required.
  • Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, and SVN are also essential.
  • You should be able to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solution requirements.
Mandatory Skills
  • Designing and developing software components is a key requirement.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Unit Testing is necessary.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related major is required.
  • At least 4 years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP), filling positions of growing responsibility, and managing junior technical resources are necessary.
  • 4+ years' experience as a Developer in a mid-to large-sized organization, with proven leadership in driving organizational transformation in a matrixed organization is required.
  • 4+ years of professional object-oriented development experience is also necessary.
Salary

$124,000 per year
