Medical Revenue Cycle Operations Director

USA Clinics Group is seeking an experienced Medical Revenue Cycle Operations Director to oversee the efficient management of our revenue cycle processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections. This critical role will require a strong leader who can supervise administrative staff and clerks, as well as oversee the hiring and training of new team members.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of improving workflow efficiency and implementing process improvements. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, and fluency in English and Spanish is necessary for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
This position comes with a competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as IMSS 100%, vacation time after one year, Christmas bonuses, paid training, weekends off, and Mexican holidays off.
Below are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
- Supervise the revenue cycle department functions, including collections, cash posting, and billing;
- Oversee the hiring and training of administrative staff and clerks;
- Efficiently manage patient complaints regarding billing and collections;
- Plan and structure department workflows and staffing;
- Manage the billing cycle to ensure accurate and timely claims submission;
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train staff on these procedures;
- Collaborate with US-based counterparts;
- Pursue additional duties as assigned by management.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A college degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field;
- At least five years of experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor, with expertise in KPI management and workflow automation;
- Process improvement experience, preferably with Lean and Six-Sigma certifications;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
