Are you a driven sales professional seeking a new challenge in the aftermarket industry?

CPM Holdings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth across North America, Mexico, Canada, and select international territories.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales management and industrial sales, who thrives on identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with customers to provide solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing after-sales support, developing personal sales plans, and maintaining customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have a hunter mentality, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike. A degree in engineering or a related field is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
