About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner for assigned client groups, supporting the implementation of appropriate HR measures. This role will ensure the right application of HR standards, policies, and processes, advising leadership and associates accordingly.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide critical information to leaders to inform decisions related to people, structure, compensation, and performance.
  2. Support the assessment of future needs for people, resources, skills, and other requirements.
  3. Play a key role in identifying and executing strategies to address future needs.
  4. Diagnose gaps or needs in climate or style to promote a positive work environment.
  5. Deliver employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services to an assigned site.
  6. Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of qualified candidates.
  7. Assist with the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
  8. Conduct ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support and problem resolution.
  9. Support investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations.
What We're Looking For
  1. +5 years of related experience.
  2. Advanced English language proficiency.
  3. Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related discipline (preferred).
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation skills.
  5. An advocate for employees, customers, the business, and shareholders.
  6. An active role in facilitating discussions, decision-making, and alignment.
  7. Effective change management leadership (design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, communications).
  8. Skilled in project management and able to take moderately complex projects to completion.
  9. Skilled in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work.
Salary Range

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
