Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Medical Manager to lead our medical affairs team in Mexico City. As a Medical Manager, you will be responsible for providing scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trials, as well as ensuring high-quality responses to medical enquiries.



Key Responsibilities


- Provide medical/scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trial or clinical research related activities,
- Ensure medical enquiries are responded to in a high quality, timely manner, and in accordance with applicable standards,
- Establish response documents for frequently asked questions,
- Coordinate review and approval of medical materials and locally developed promotional materials,
- Support country strategy for Non Interventional Studies/Investigator Initiated Trial activities,
- Ensure medical insights are provided to cross-functional groups, including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory affairs, Market Access, QA, Commercial teams, Brand team and others,
- Responsible for risk identification and assessment, mitigation planning as well as implementation and monitoring of internal controls within the area of responsibilities.



Required Skills and Qualifications


- University degree in life science is mandatory, physician (MD) is desirable,
- Validated experience in similar roles, preferably working with Neurosciences products,
- Partner engagement,
- Deep understanding of national Healthcare System,
- Proficient in English & Spanish,
- Cross-functional collaboration,
- Strategic mindset / agile learning,
- Availability to do up to 50% of field work.



Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location


This position is located in Mexico City, Mexico. The ideal candidate will be available to travel up to 50% of the time.
