Human Resources Labor Relations Specialist

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a skilled Analyst, Human Resources - Labour Relations to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of labor law policies and strategies, disciplinary processes, and collective bargaining agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Execute job dismissals in accordance with the Federal Labour Law.
- Administer the disciplinary process through the Internal Work Regulations, advising on and recording incidents.
- Conduct labor investigations in accordance with the Federal Labour Law.
- Manage the payment of union dues and coordinate the control of lockers.
- Coordinate and execute the Team Leader process, conduct meetings with the Trade Union Committee, and ensure the correct use of legal and/or official documents and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in the Human Resources area, with at least 1 year performing the responsibilities described above.
- Labor relations experience.
- Ability to hold business conversations in meetings, answer and write emails in English.
