Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at the Courtyard Mazatlan Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
• Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
