Housekeeping Floor Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Guadalajara Airport. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our entire hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work duties to Team Members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Conduct regular inspections of all check-out rooms and occupied rooms to identify and address any maintenance defects or issues
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Train and manage Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Manage stock control and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional Guest service, including VIP and special requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional Guest service
  • Proficiency in computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
