About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Create project timelines, keep them updated, and ensure all team members comply with deadlines and key dates.
  • Lead project meetings with team members and managers, providing status updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Track and provide project status and audit reports, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the production team by coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Motivate and communicate with the project team, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage resources effectively, developing action plans for project members and ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver their tasks.
  • Provide executive-level status reports, communicating results and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of project development and launch experience, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and production processes, with experience working in a global environment with diverse and remote teams using project management tools.
