Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies, and ensure that all appliances are in working order.
  • Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms to the highest standards.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items, and ensure that all areas are tidy and organized.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
