Job Summary

PSC Industries is seeking a highly skilled EHSS Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Business Services department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing company-wide EHSS policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. EHSS Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide EHSS policies and programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team to ensure adherence to EHSS standards and best practices.
  3. Site Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHSS regulations.
  4. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on EHSS procedures and regulations to ensure employees are equipped to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  5. Performance Metrics: Manage and report on EHSS performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to promote EHSS practices and ensure a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHSS regulations and standards.
  8. Incident Investigation: Respond to and investigate EHSS incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  2. EHSS Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of EHSS regulations and procedures, including OSHA and other relevant standards.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team to ensure EHSS standards are met.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training programs to employees at all levels.
  5. EHSS Experience: Experience conducting EHSS audits and inspections, as well as risk assessment and incident investigation.
