Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the Danfoss team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of cash receipts processing. This includes:

  • Matching bank statements and customer remittance to identify invoices for posting.
  • Documenting processes and variances to ensure standard procedures.
  • Monitoring and clearing queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the Credit Management team to address Cash On Account and communicate with customers.
  • Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and performing AR closing activities.
  • Delivering audit requirements and identifying process improvement opportunities.

  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Intermediate-level English skills.

  • Basic MS Office knowledge and experience with SAP is an advantage.
