Lear Corporation, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to achieve high equipment availability and minimize maintenance costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance initiatives
- Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability
- Develop and manage a spare parts inventory to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and develop a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Develop and implement a training program to ensure maintenance personnel are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials
- Develop and implement a capital investment plan to ensure optimal use of resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance manager in the automotive industry
- Proficient in English (essential)
- Knowledge of multi-level personnel administration, tool crib administration systems, maintenance (equipment, building, and renovation), preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, national, state, and municipal regulations, certification, and audit programs
- Availability to travel
