About the RoleThis Maintenance Operations Director position oversees all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities in Reynosa, Mexico (US$ 400 million revenue). The role ensures maximum efficient operations of our machinery and equipment while monitoring their safety.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain machinery, plan repair activities, and develop maintenance procedures.
- Implement total preventative maintenance, manage breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic/automation equipment.
- Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance activities to rectify breakdowns and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.
- Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor the cost-effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing required.
- 15+ years of experience in maintenance and management in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work on tasks at varying heights and lift up to 100 pounds amid a moderate work environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, use hands and/or fingers, and move freely.
- Must be able to flex hours to support 24-7 operations and travel occasionally for meetings.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
