Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
    • Drive the development of innovative software solutions that meet business objectives.

    • Ensure that software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with business objectives.
  • Coding and Development
    • Participate in coding and development activities, setting a high standard for code quality and best practices.

  • Code Review and Quality Assurance
    • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

  • Project Management
    • Take ownership of projects, from requirements analysis to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
    • Collaborate with product owners and project managers to define project scope and objectives.
  • Documentation
    • Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, architecture, and development.
    • Provide documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a senior software engineer or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Previous experience in developing and maintaining scalable and distributed systems.
