Packaging Innovations Specialist

• Create and manage custom and stock 3D components, assemblies, and 2D technical drawings from concept through to manufacturing design lock.
• Develop and implement packaging for B&W products in Mexico, including specifications development, artwork development, and PLM management.
• Partner with Creative Designers, Brand, TPL, Packaging Workstream Leader, Packaging Developers, and Supply Chain to ensure requirements are met and risks mitigated.
• Work with Simulation engineers to develop and validate designs using virtual simulation tools and own design best practice and common engineering elements.
• Business partner with key functions like local/regional marketing, supply chain, quality, and external manufacturing partners.

To succeed, you should have:

• A degree in chemical engineering, industrial design, or industrial engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in packaging development R&D/supply chain/quality.
• Prior experience as a packaging supplier, packaging leader, or leading innovation projects is preferred.
• Good communication skills for interfacing with local and international teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
