Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Escalated Calls: Utilize advanced negotiation skills to resolve escalated calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Coach and Train: Provide guidance and training to lower-level collectors and new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prioritize Workflow: Analyze and prioritize workflow to identify process improvements and optimize collection efforts.
  • Interpret Procedures: Interpret procedures and instructions to resolve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Work under Limited Supervision: Work independently with limited supervision, making decisions and taking actions to achieve collection goals.
  • Demonstrate Technical Expertise: Demonstrate technical and administrative expertise, applying specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge to resolve complex issues.

Requirements
  • Previous Collections Experience: Previous collections experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of activities, policies, and procedures in the work area.
