We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Sequoia Connect. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving business value through the implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our agile application team to design and implement new functionality and enhancements to our Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to deliver and implement changes that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain unit test cases and perform testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to internal stakeholders on Salesforce Service Cloud best practices and configuration.
- 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in a CRM platform.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with DealCloud.
- Experience in Portable Configuration.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Integration experience with Rest/SOA API.
- Familiarity with Private Equity is an added advantage.
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
