We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our payment solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Design and implement software architectures that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that our code meets the highest standards of quality and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, and at least 10 years of experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of experience in agile practices and project management.
- Strong understanding of service-oriented/micro-services architecture.
- At least 8 years of experience in.NET development.
- At least 5 years of experience with one or more RDBMS systems (SQL Server, Oracle).
- At least 3 years of experience creating and consuming Rest-based APIs.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in the cloud.
- Real-time processing and high-volume service development experience.
- Experience developing and managing cloud solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud and GKE.
- Experience with distributed DB solutions like CockroachDB, Cloud Spanner, or Postgres.
- Previous experience with GRPC APIs.
- Payments industry experience.
