About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Learning and Quality Training Expert. This role will be responsible for fostering a sustainable learning community for the KidneyCo segment in LATAM, strategically consulting with stakeholders to advocate for a better learning experience, content development needs, reduce risk, resolve issues, and continuously improve Learning processes using an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a Sustainable Learning Community
    • Strategically consult with LATAM stakeholders to advocate for a better learning experience
    • Develop and innovate processes to support sites with appropriate training assignment
    • Participate in On-the-Job Training development and implementation
  • Support Effective Implementation of Learning Standards and Quality System Requirements
    • Support the effective implementation of the Learning Standards and Quality System requirements for Training within LATAM
    • Identify and monitor at-risk sites where training can help the bottom line
  • Apply Strategies to Simplify and Standardize Processes and Programs
    • Apply strategies that simplify and standardize processes and programs to create efficient global learning standards and requirements
    • Work independently to resolve Integrated Learning Technology issues and pull in additional team members as required
  • Global Learning and Quality Training Expert and Lead for Region
    • Maintain Training Health Metrics for the region and analyze data to determine sites at risk and those that can share best practices
    • Proactively support Learning Professionals and Course Owners within the region with site integrations, divestitures, plant closures, product transfers, etc.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • A bachelor's degree
    • Experience managing Learning support for a region or other global role
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in leadership development, human resources, and/or organization development
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience with direct responsibility of training development across multiple locations in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • English language skills should be high. A second language (e.g., Spanish) would be an advantage but not mandatory
    • Requires excellent communication, consulting, problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills to work with key internal and external business partners
    • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects; Must be detail-oriented and meet deadlines
    • Must be a self-starter and possess influencing skills
    • Disciplined action and execution, ability to drive operational excellence, promote teamwork, communicate effectively
