- Participate in activities related to cycle time and process improvements.
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Implement statistical process research on new and existing products to drive innovation.
- Implement safety, productivity, and quality improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Previous experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
- Knowledge of SMT processes and experience in Selective and Laminar OLA Processes.
- Knowledge of profiling, handling finished PCBs, and Press Fit process.
- Experience in defining types of spending (CAPEX, NRE, MOH) and line balancing.
- Previous experience in personnel management and knowledge of statistical tools for problem-solving (Mini tab, Solid Works).
