About the Role:

The Workforce Cap Analyst 1 is a trainee professional role within the Operations Support team at 09516 Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex. This position requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks, as well as a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produces daily and monthly reporting using appropriate systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Adds or modifies reports as needed, making changes to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Standardizes and optimizes Management Information Systems (MIS) processes, documenting reporting processes for future reference.
  • Guarantees a high quality of MIS to fulfill business needs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information, using data to inform business decisions.
  • Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and precedents.

Requirements:

  • Basic analysis and reporting skills, with a basic level of experience in a related role (combination of education/experience).
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Preferably, relevant prior experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • General knowledge of customer reports in the industry and our competitors, with an understanding of market trends and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database query skills, with the ability to extract and analyze data.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with two days of rest during the week. Working hours are from 3 am to 10 am.
