Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative Junior to join our team in Ciudad de México. As a Sales Representative Junior, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and driving market penetration in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the attainment of established sales goals, including market share objectives.
  • Assist surgeons in operation rooms and provide valuable feedback on the use of medical devices.
  • Implement market development and field marketing activities to drive sales growth.
  • Schedule appointments and make sales presentations to customers.
  • Develop customer and product-focused presentation packages for sales.
  • Coordinate Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals.
  • Visit customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Manage contracts and tenders to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Target and manage assigned territories while operating within an assigned budget.
  • Ensure product availability and execute national, regional, and local promotional activities.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in making sales forecasts for business planning and submit to management.
  • Prepare sales reports and documents as required.
  • Relay relevant market information to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • More than 2 years of experience in the commercial area (field)
  • English (intermediate - advance)
