Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative Junior to join our team in Ciudad de México. As a Sales Representative Junior, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and driving market penetration in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the attainment of established sales goals, including market share objectives.
- Assist surgeons in operation rooms and provide valuable feedback on the use of medical devices.
- Implement market development and field marketing activities to drive sales growth.
- Schedule appointments and make sales presentations to customers.
- Develop customer and product-focused presentation packages for sales.
- Coordinate Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals.
- Visit customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
- Manage contracts and tenders to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Target and manage assigned territories while operating within an assigned budget.
- Ensure product availability and execute national, regional, and local promotional activities.
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in making sales forecasts for business planning and submit to management.
- Prepare sales reports and documents as required.
- Relay relevant market information to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 2 years of experience in the commercial area (field)
- English (intermediate - advance)
- Analytical thinking

- Driver's license
