Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Technician to join our team at Schlage de México, S.A. de C.V. as a key member of our packaging engineering projects. The successful candidate will support the development and manufacturing teams for new product development (NPD) and ongoing engineering support to address customer satisfaction, improve manufacturing costs, reliability, and return to yield (RTY) with a focus on packaging.

• Support sustaining and packaging tasks, activities, and problem-solving activities on new and existing products.
• Collaborate with packaging engineering teams to develop and implement packaging solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets customer requirements and manufacturing needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to improve packaging efficiency and quality.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• General knowledge of Mechanics, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics.
• Intermediate English level (lecture and technical conversation).
• Experience with systems such as Windchill, Creo 7.0 (desired), Oracle, and CAD modeling.
