About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Design Consulting Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Supply Chain Design practice, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering SC Design solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver SC Design solutions to clients, setting engagement objectives and scope, and developing detailed modeling and project plans.
  • Support sales of Chainalytics SCD service offerings and effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams.
  • Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization, earning their confidence and trust.
  • Review and approve all client deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work.
  • Support creation of thought leadership materials and the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings.
  • Design mathematical models using commercial and proprietary modeling tools to answer strategic and tactical business questions.
  • Mentor junior consultants/analysts in techniques and methodology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading institution in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related area; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in the supply chain industry, preferably working with quantitative tools and methodology in analyzing supply chain decisions.
  • Advanced skills in analyzing large datasets with relational databases (SQL preferred).
  • Track record of delivering results as a part of a project team, with a focus on supply chain network design.
  • Experience with Coupa/LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, BlueYonder/JDA/i2 Supply Chain Strategist, and/or IBM/LogicTools LogicNet Plus, or similar supply chain modeling environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Leadership and mentorship skills to help develop/lead junior consultants and analysts.
