Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of installation technicians to execute site works and deliver high-quality installation activities.
- Collaborate with the Installation Supervisor and PrIM to ensure project planning and execution align with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with EHS procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage team performance, productivity, and quality of installation activities.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and competencies.
- Minimum high school degree or equivalent experience in electrical, electronic, or electromechanical systems.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in industrial activities related to electrical, electronic, or fiber optic fields.
- Relevant experience in railway site management, EHS management, and railway products installation methods.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and networks domains.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
