Job Summary:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Quality Systems: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, including conducting audits, establishing controls, and training on tools and methodologies.
  • Quality Management: Support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit, including reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases, and maintaining process documentation.
  • Internal Controls: Assist in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks.
  • Audits and Quality Tools: Perform audits and use quality tools to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances, and assist in applying corrective and preventive action.
  • Quality Inspection: Ensure internal and external quality inspection requirements are met.
  • Quality Metrics: Acquire and report quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Technical Career or Industrial Engineer Recently graduated
  • Experience: New graduate to 2 years of experience in quality roles
  • Skills: Lean Manufacturing and Problem resolution tools (Fish Diagram, Histogram, Pareto), MS Office, Knowledge of Standard: ISO 9001:2015, Basic English and Yellow belt certification preferred
