Job Title: Finance Manager

Beiersdorf Manufacturing Mexico, S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for executing the company's financial strategy, ensuring transparency and stability through cash management, oversight of credits and liabilities, and direction and control of budgetary, fiscal, and compliance matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure transparency in the plant's financial performance by managing financial controls and accounting procedures.
  • Provide advisory services to increase revenue and reduce costs, communicating potential risks.
  • Ensure the achievement of annual financial objectives.
  • Make decisions regarding investment or financing.
  • Manage, control, and analyze financial aspects within the organization.
  • Responsible for Financial Statements (Income Statement/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow).
  • Allocate and control costs.
  • Oversee the development of COM.
  • Ensure appropriate calculation of ICP within ABP and periodic updates in IIM.
  • Exercise responsibility to avoid unnecessary costs.
  • Direct tangible fixed assets: consolidate and monitor investments, safeguard the rational investment decision process, and facilitate profitability calculations.
  • Planning and reporting: lead the planning process within the organization, ensuring the flow of data/information to interfaces: local, regional, and corporate management.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial plans.
  • Maintain the speed and accuracy of invoices and customer payments.
  • Main contact and responsible for handling compliance cases for the plant.
  • Responsible for the policy and compliance with Human Rights in the plant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economic-Financial fields.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience as a Plant Finance Manager in a multinational company for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience leading teams in international operations along with the ability to work cooperatively and cross-functionally in teams.
  • Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and/or cosmetic industries.
  • Knowledge of LFT (Federal Labor Law) and financial regulations.
