The Entity Management and Expansion Manager is a key role in our global business organization responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of entity creation, changes, and maintenance. This includes managing specific projects to expand our local market with new entities in new jurisdictions.

As part of this role, you will develop close working relationships with key internal stakeholders and externally with intermediaries to support the build-out of business entities.

You will ensure Entity Management complies with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, promoting adherence to applicable policies and procedures at all times. You will actively manage risk and ensure compliance, while proactively identifying issues and developing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entity Management: Contribute to and ensure that our entity information, documentation, and validation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Project Management: Support the Business Leadership in the implementation of growth plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaising with External Partners: Collaborate with local legal service providers for entity incorporation, registered address, office, and mandatory licensing and registrations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our internal team across HR, Payroll, Finance, Product, and Marketing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Review legal advice across new countries and ensure our business is compliant with local regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience working with entities.
  • Knowledge of governance and company entity matters, including setup.
  • Strong experience working in a global business environment.
  • Experience managing third-party service providers to deliver requests.
  • Ability to identify and diagnose problems and develop solutions or improvements independently.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment and balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal business partners, external network, and Senior Leadership.
