**Job Summary**

The Trade Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the business is in compliance with the Mexican Customs and International regulations regarding import and export of material, information and technology. This position oversees the implementation and governing of the trade policies applicable to import and/or export trade operations to ensure full compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs and International regulations
  • Implement and govern trade policies for import and export operations
  • Manage personnel and productivity
  • Develop and manage reports to track compliance and performance
  • Escalate customs issues to receive guidance and assistance
  • Drive continuous improvement using the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF)

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced English language skills
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in managing special trade programs
  • Bachelor's degree
