Job Summary

Grid Dynamics International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side features with Node.js, express, and TypeScript. You will also collaborate on developing a new robust SDUI architecture across Android/iOS and Web, integrate with AWS cloud services to enhance application performance and scalability, and participate in the full SDLC/Agile cycle engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop server-side features with Node.js, express, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate on developing a new robust SDUI architecture across Android/iOS and Web.
  • Integrate with AWS cloud services to enhance application performance and scalability.
  • Participate in the full SDLC/Agile cycle engagements, including meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in mid-tier and backend APIs with Node.js, express, and TypeScript.
  • 5+ years' experience in the software design/architecture process.
  • 3+ years of experience with developing and operating GraphQL APIs using Apollo.
  • Experience working with multiple front-end clients.
  • Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience designing and developing distributed scalable and highly reliable applications in the cloud. Experience with AWS or equivalent services is required.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for development, testing, and deployment of applications.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including but not limited to S3, Lambda, and CloudFront.
  • Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.

Education

  • Degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating with ContentStack CMS platform.
  • Experience with Java programming.
  • Active collaboration in open-source communities.
  • Financial Services experience is a plus.
