**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Project Logistics Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the proposal process for transformer projects, developing logistics concepts, and pricing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support in the proposal process, including developing logistics concepts and pricing.
  • Interface with key logistics partners, internal proposal teams, and the logistics execution team.
  • Receive requests for pricing, log the information, and retrieve pricing from logistics partners in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary interface with sales channels on all aspects of logistics budgetary pricing and concepts.
  • Work with global factory networks to fulfill requests to US sales channels and support execution of orders as needed.

**Requirements**

  • 6 years of combined experience in project logistics, specifically rail operations and handling of heavy and over-dimensional cargo.
  • Good organizational skills to respond to multiple inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work well in teams, interacting routinely with finance, marketing, and field service operations to achieve a common goal.
  • Must understand INCOTERMS and how they may impact pricing and risks.
  • BS degree or 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
