Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Bartender. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our establishment.

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks according to our recipes and specifications, using measuring systems and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, supporting each other to deliver exceptional service.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
