Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive supply chain architecture that aligns with our mission of driving an industry-leading supply chain.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain a high-level, holistic vision of enterprise solutions and development initiatives.
- Establish and execute architecture management processes, including governance structure and processes.
- Communicate strategic themes and other key business drivers for architecture to System Architects and non-technical stakeholders.
Academic Level & Training:
- Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of prior experience in IT Management or other information technology.
- Post-graduate Degree with 10+ years of prior experience in IT Management or other information technology.
- Desired: Master's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, MBA.
- Desired: Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies certifications.
Language:
- Fluent conversational English (business level).
Travel availability:
- Willing to travel up to 15%.
Technical requirements:
- Enterprise and Solution Architecture Framework experience, including best practices, methodologies, and documentation processes.
- Exceptional ability in defining and diagramming product architecture and strategy.
- Familiarity with SAP and industry-leading solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation for a global manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge in cloud technology.
- Deep understanding of IT methodologies like Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and other agile techniques, good knowledge in digital system product management.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP, MES/MOM, APS, labor management, TMS/WMS/QMS, TPM, Lean manufacturing systems, BI/data analytics, factory automation, and other operation technologies in the manufacturing industry offering complex configurable products.
- Desired: Knowledge of advanced manufacturing solutions like Digital manufacturing (Industry 4.0), enablement.
