Product Sales Manager

The Product Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving revenue targets and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include growing the portfolio, establishing strong relationships with customers and branch/hub teams, and delivering the annual sales plan for products through the branch banking sales community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the portfolio and establish strong relationships with customers and branch/hub teams.
- Deliver the annual sales plan for products through the branch banking sales community.
- Support the sales team in selling products to existing customers through portfolio analysis, needs analysis, and customer risk profiling.
- Disseminate industry information, financial market analysis, and competition product knowledge to facilitate meaningful sales engagements.
- Develop training roadmaps for individual relationship managers and ensure successful completion of training certification on regulatory and knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits.
- Organize customer meets and speak about insurance offerings to build awareness.
- Jointly conduct sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate customers buying the right insurance products.
- Build the knowledge level of Branch Managers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines as the gatekeeper in the region/branch.
- Monitor potential sales complaints, free look cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates, and sales complaints.
- Highlight potential financial, regulatory, and credit risks to the franchise.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of previous financial sales experience required.
- Able to work in a team and maintain good relationships with customers and branch/hub teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
