- Identifying and addressing technical issues
- Maintaining high-quality standards
- Lead the manufacturing engineering team to achieve operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Work closely with the test and quality engineering leads to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Manage day-to-day activities and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Display expert knowledge of the corporate manufacturing environment and share information with the manufacturing engineering function
- Drive efficiencies in current technical systems and manage the development of new technical systems
- Support the engineering manager in evaluating equipment needs and labour forecasting
- Undertake technology benchmarking and drive 'best in class' engineering solutions
- Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering function
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- Knowledge of FUJI platform (NEXIM) programming and troubleshooting
